The Quieting of Columbine Circle

A 1974 “Sea Ranch” style modern gets a facelift and an updating that will carry it into the next 50 years. Materials and finishes were selected to give a “quiet” aesthetic to support the client’s love for 3-dimensional art and celebrate the unique spatial qualities of sweeping geometry and large glass expanses.
